24/7 Support Policy

We at GXS Strategies believe in giving only the highest level of service we can possibly offer. As part of that commitment, we make ourselves available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.*

While we don't employ a full-time call center, we do make sure our staff is always within a phone's reach to respond to any requests or concerns of our clients, in a timely matter.

Should you ever need to contact us, at any time, please simply call our office at 703-730-1550 and you'll get instructions on how to proceed. We guarantee a response within 3 hours during non-business hours, but typically respond within a half-hour.

E-Mail is always a good idea, too, but we can't guarantee the same response time you would get by giving us a call.

* After-hours, weekend, and holiday non-emergency requests will be responded to on the next business day.
